LanternCheck is operated by a UK sole trader (Carly Litwin trading as LanternCheck; ICO Tier 1 Data Protection Fee registered, Application Reference: C2068406). Correspondence / trading address: LanternCheck, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (correspondence and service address only, not a Companies House registered company office; full proprietor details are provided on all quotes, invoices and service agreements, or on request via hello@lanterncheck.co.uk).

1. Service: passive email-domain and website configuration monitoring. It is not a penetration test, a vulnerability exploitation service, a compliance certification, or a guarantee against cyber attacks.
2. Authorisation (Computer Misuse Act 1990 compliance): you confirm you own or have written authority to monitor every domain you add, and you will verify ownership by publishing a DNS TXT record (_lanterncheck-verify.<domain>) before scheduled monitoring begins. Removing the TXT record revokes authorisation.
3. Agencies: you warrant that each client whose domain you add has given written authorisation.

5. Fees: monthly in advance, ex VAT. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Governing law: England and Wales.
