Refunds and cancellation

• You can cancel monthly plans any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Consumers buying online have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start the service within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
• One-off readiness report: you can get a full refund before we deliver it. After delivery, we'll refund it if it's materially defective.
